We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of acquiring new clients and guiding them through the entire sales and implementation process.

We operate throughout Poland and are now expanding in the Czech Republic, working with companies that employ hundreds or even thousands of employees.

We’re growing and looking for another person to join our sales team - someone who’s not afraid of challenges, can build high-level relationships, and sees purpose in what they sell.

• acquiring new B2B clients, primarily companies with 100+ employees,

• conducting meetings and conversations with HR teams, CEOs, directors and other decision-makers,

• managing the entire sales process - from first contact to closing,

• understanding client needs and presenting SmartLunch as a complete solution,

• coordinating service implementation and making sure it gets off to a strong start,

• building long-term relationships with clients,

• managing several sales processes at different stages and keeping them moving forward,

• monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities,

• keeping your activities and pipeline up to date in our CRM.

We are looking for someone who:

• has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience,

• has experience managing longer and more complex sales processes,

• is confident working with senior decision-makers and building high-level relationships,

• can approach sales as a project and independently manage the process from start to finish,

• understands client needs and can translate them into business value,

• cares about the quality of communication and how SmartLunch is represented to clients,

• combines strategic thinking with consistent execution,

• is independent, proactive and well organized,

• is willing to travel regularly and holds a valid category B driving licence.

Nice to have:

• experience selling HR solutions, employee benefits or other B2B services,

• experience working with senior management or C-level stakeholders,

• knowledge of the Czech or Slovak market.

• B2B contract: 60,000-70,000 CZK/month + performance bonus,

• company car, also available for private use, plus laptop and phone,

• remote and mobile work with a high level of independence,

• business travel expenses covered,

• annual training budget of 17,000 CZK,

• 1,200 CZK/month towards English or Polish language lessons,

• 1,800 CZK/month meal allowance via SmartLunch,
